PSYCHOTHERAPY PRICING
I do not accept or bill insurance. I can provider a Super Bill, per request, that could be submitted to your insurance carrier detailing the date, service type and duration. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine if they provide a benefit for out-of-network providers. Check your coverage carefully and determine if your insurance carrier provides reimbursement for mental health services.
Billing and Services
Ask about rates during the free consultation.
Currently, private pay via credit card through the client portal is the only accepted method of payment. Fees are due at the time of service.
There may be additional costs if the provider is requested to provide documents, letters, reports or other related services, depending on the duration it takes to complete the request.
Good Faith Estimate (GFE):
-
Providers are required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate which will explain how much your medical services will cost and how long they will last, at least one business day before your medical service.
-
The GFE is an estimate of the expected charges and charges may change as treatment progresses.
-
The GFE is not a contract or require that you receive services from me, all providers must provide private pay clients with a GFE as part of the No Surprises Act.
